These are the published costs a participant is responsible for. They show the scale of need the Participant Assistance Fund helps meet.

How sponsorship works

Sponsorship gifts are made to the SapiBon Foundation Participant Assistance Fund, not to a named individual. The foundation retains full discretion over how assistance is awarded, as required for a charitable contribution. Gifts earmarked for a specific person are generally not tax deductible, so we do not accept them.

Participant registration costs paid by a participant for their own travel are trip expenses, not charitable donations, and are not tax deductible.

SapiBon Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization. Contributions to the fund are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
