Program participation
Submitting a volunteer, medical volunteer, partnership or sponsorship form is an expression of interest. It does not by itself create a placement, assignment or agreement. Participation in any program is subject to review, availability, screening where applicable, and confirmation from our team.
Clinical volunteers serve only within their licensed scope and only after credentials are verified. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.
Donations and mission payments
Donations to SapiBon Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are generally non-refundable. Restricted gifts are applied to the designated purpose; if that purpose becomes impracticable, the board may redirect funds to a closely related need.
Mission participation costs cover the participant's own travel, lodging and logistics and are not charitable contributions. Payment deadlines, cancellation terms and refundability are provided in writing by the mission coordinator.
External links and systems
This site links to external systems, including the food pantry system operated at pantry.sapibonfoundation.org, and to partner or payment services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of external sites, which are governed by their own terms.
Content and intellectual property
Site content, including text, imagery and marks, belongs to SapiBon Foundation or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SapiBon Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
