SapiBon Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization organized in Florida. Donors deserve to know how their giving is handled.
Our commitments
- Donor designations are honored — restricted gifts fund what the donor specified
- Published impact figures are documented internally before release
- Board oversight governs spending decisions and program budgets
- Donor information is never sold, rented or published
Governance
The foundation is governed by a board that approves budgets, reviews program spending and holds leadership accountable. Conflicts of interest are disclosed and managed by board policy.

As filings, annual reports and determination documentation become available for public posting, they will be listed here. Until a document appears in this list, please contact us directly to request it rather than assuming a figure.
